Life advice no longer private?

I noticed the life advice section is now displayed on the front page. Is this by design or just an oversight in the switch to the new platform?

It should still be restricted from non-users and non-muffins, but yes the upgrade has placed Life Advice threads in the index block. It's on the list that Fhaolan has in the Site Questions thread.
