Littering

Well while seeing these comments...so don't kill me. I sometime do litter, why? laziness gets the best of out me. But I do tends to try my best not to litter.

At the risk of having trash thrown at me on here... I have on many occasions picked up trash I've seen thrown out of car windows, only to throw it back and say you dropped this

Not sure if I know anyone who does. They don't when they're around me at least. I always hang onto my trash until I can bin it properly. As far as stopping it, you could put a bin every 5 feet on every street and people would still throw their shit on the ground. It's a sad fact of life tbh.

I used to be a professional janitor, so it goes without saying that I despise littering.  Not only is it utterly disrespectful in general, but it also makes some peoples' jobs harder than they need to be (every person doing janitorial/sanitation work would be making six figures a year from all of the the overtime if they simply did every bit of work that rude people expect them to do). I know most people get away with it, but I feel no sympathy for the rare few that get caught littering by authorities (in the US state of Minnesota, one can be fined US $700 for littering by law enforcement).
