Name: Rouen Blackrose

Age: 38

Powers: Darkness creating balls of energy or shields with it. Has begun to breathe bursts of fire from the dragons blood

Appearance: Wearing a long white leather trenchcoat that hung just above the ground, upon the back of it was a set of red wings done in rubies and fire topaz. Under the coat the figure wore a pair of black leather knee high boots that had straps across it, a pair of skin tight black leather pants tucked into the boots, white spirals going up the legs. Wearing no shirt just revealing the dark black fur/scales with white spots, the white spots had a little mix of red in them as well, a scar going  across the stomach. Brushing aside long white hair with red and black tips. Along the top of his head was a set of small foot long dragon horns. His eyes were orange with dragon pupils [without coat] Without his coat on revealing his body more one can see that his body has undergone change, scales going down his arms and back. Along his spine little spikes were starting to grow as his nails were long dragon claws. His tail was more whip like and dragon like as it was completely covered in scales. [also have a picture tooo o3o]

Personality: Before the blood he was just the run of the mill fighter eager for a fight. Now with so much of it consumed he has began to lose his mind, talking in rants at no one or just by himself. Questioning things and the idea of a hero or villain. As well hearing voices telling him things in a language he can only assume is dragon...

Alignment: This is like Chaotic good, Lawful evil that kind of thing.: Neutral evil

Class: This can be anything it's just something which easily sums up your characters skills.: Dragon Warrior

Primal attunement: This is basically what element your character is most in-sync with and this can be anything e.g: Light, Dark, nature, metal, logic(technology). Also note this is optional and your character doesn't even need to have any skill with it/even know they have it. If you like it can lead up to powers they may get later on.: dark

Universe: I quick little summery of the kind of universe your character comes from.: Growing up poor he learned fast to defend what he had or lose it even against his own brother. Being in a poor family left him often wondering about greater things of being a hero to ride off and fight the good fight. As the years passed and he got more power through his fights he became a soldier in war fighting along side his older brother. One day his brother was captured and he set off to find him, getting into the place his brother was he found him barely clinging to life as he spoke to Rouen a new image of the world was unfolded. The world was not right..or wrong nor was there good or evil. The people that the war was with werent evil just fighting what they believed was right. That the world gives a coat of what was right and wrong to justify killing or anything...that he should run away and do what he wished.

His brother died shortly after and Rouen buried him with his own hands...disappearing into the carnage that the war brought up. Killing anyone from any side that stood in his way as he made his way to a new town...there he joined a band of dragon hunters to forget his past and learn more of the world. Why kill a beast that does nothing more then live the way it does? He found out soon as he was shared some dragons blood and began to feel empowered..over the years he began to change and his band mates began to fear him as he snapped in a moment from one mood to the next. It was too late as his mind was gone over taken by power of the dragons he hunted for so long..one night he began to fight his band mates for no reason other then to test himself...his powers showed up that day as darkness swirled around his form with each person he slayed he felt his dark powers increase till they lied dead before him. Disappearing once more into the world with a book that spoke of a rare dragon whose blood could heal any wound. 

The part of his mind that stayed sane enough to remember his brothers words and want the blood for his own minds purity of the insanity the other side wanted it for more power a power to heal any wound? He would be invincible. Using the wealth he gained from dragon hunting and from his own dead war band he acquired a castle and some servants who obeyed his command. Waiting for news of the dragon to surface

Other: Basically anything else you feel like adding.: Plays instruments ranging from the violin to the flute. Can feel the presence of dragons are in the area just not pin point them from his dragon blood...[meaning he can tell someone in a city is a dragon just not know who...or a dragon is nearby in the mountains. Has lead to him killing people he assumed were dragons in guise.]

Endgame for him: Wants to rule over a country may change

This reminds me how funny it is that while everyone else is a demigod or some other powerful cartoon character, Sabir's just kind of...a dude with an assault rifle and an unquenchable lust for riches & booze.

A pretty nice idea. Sabir needs to get over his arrogance before he can even properly communicate with anyone though. Taking in the world he's from, all magic stuff/technological stuff way beyond the capabilities of his world are fairy tales to him until he's kicked in the ass by them. After all, he has been grown by a corporation to be a brainwashed multipurpose mercenary so other lives are comparable to nothing more than the dirt stuck on his boots in his mind. (Just mentioning this due to the bonding ideas, since properly bonding with him is a task easier said than done).

I'm going to need clarification on your powers if we are going to fight. What do they do, what are there limitations, ect.

Lets see. Conventional weapons are not going to work on Steven's Bubble. Most bullets and the like are going to bounce right off of it. What his bubble cannot take his shield definitely can. That thing's tanked shots from advanced spaceships without a scratch on Steven or those behind him. 

Crona would get pierced skin deep, but his black blood would deflect conventional gunfire. He wouldn't like getting shot, but it wouldn't hurt him nearly as much as you'd think. Plus any flesh wounds done to him is a way for him to attack with his black blood. 

Star would be the most vulnerable to gunfire out of my three, but her magic would probably have an answer to getting attacked by guns by like, summoning a titlewave of syrup to gum up your tech. 

If all three took Sabir at the same time, well, lets say he's probably subdued, more likely than not.

It depends on if the evil characters attack or not. Crona and Ragnarok are technically antagonists, but Crona isn't going to attack unless he is compelled to.

Dark powers like um energy of darkness mostly. He can also breathe his fire through the dark energy and mix them o3o that's really about it

We talking energy blasts, telekinesis, what? How hot is this dark fire breath? What is the range? 

I want to know what it can do in case of a fight so nobody is blindsided by "new" abilities the OC pulled out their ass. I'll gladly give you all the info you want on mine in return.

Sorry lol feeling ick from head cold but um let's see, dragon fire is said to be around  2800 degrees Fahrenheit that's from like six different pages debating how hot it is

His dark energy is like energy blasts or engulf his limbs with it to do both physical and energy damage. Um he can also breathe his fire through the dark energy turning the flames black and will do both heat and dark damage

Sounds manageable enough. Basically a glass cannon with a bit more durability. Though what does "dark damage" entail? What does it do?
