Decaffinated coffee doesn't taste as good, but I buy coffee that is naturally medium to low in caffine (cultivated for taste rather than strength). Ethiopian was the great white hope for a ultra-low caffine variety, but they have been unable to reproduce in the lab and now suspect it is environmental, not genetic.
