Am I the only one who thought that Petri's uncle was punished too harshly in Episode 7? Five "cold times" (I assume that means five years) felt like a very long time to me. Yes, he made some bad decisions, but he always had good intentions, and always seemed very nice to me.

He did speak once, though he only said Ducky. Now that I'm saying her name, how did they know what ducks were?

I remember the movies.

My parents bought me the first two movies on Video-CD. The only problem was that they were dubbed in Russian and I do not understand Russian (not that I understood English at the time), so I had one of the parents watch the movie with me and translate it for me. It being a VCD meant I could play it on my PC which was really cool at the time - playing a movie on a PC. I was also really into dinosaurs at the time.

A few years ago I bought the first 4 movies on Laserdisc and watched them The first two movies were good, but it felt a bit like the quality has been going down (or, maybe, I am just way outside the intended demographic). There's also the fifth movie on Laserdisc, I'll probably buy it if I get the chance.
