Yesterday evening was two split & toasted muffins with melted cheese on top. Two cheeses, mixed, Cheddar & Red Leicester. (You guys do know our muffins are not cakes?   But we do have US style cake muffins too. 'Cause you do.   )

Last night for supper I had spaghetti and garlic bread and a salad but instead of regular ground meat they used ground turkey in the sauce  and we had cheesecake for dessert that is why slept good last night

Sausages wrapped in bacon, with a vegetable stew comprising of potato, parsnip, carrot, onion, an Oxo vegetable stock pot, a wee dash of Korean pot noodle spice sachet – and I do mean a wee dash, there's pepper in the stock pot! A small tin of baked beans, & 2 teaspoons of gravy granules to thicken. Hobgoblin ale.

OH EM GEE THAT IS SO DELISH!

I tried some canned beef. It was not bad. Instant mashed potatoes and gravy. I eat a lot of frozen or canned food because fresh food won't last long enough before I eat it.

Yesterday's Sunday lunch was brocolli & cheese quiche with roast potatoes & parsnips, & steamed carrots. Today was the leftover potatoes & carrots, with 2 sausages wrapped in bacon.
