Thought I'd posted this but apparently not – you know when like you think of something you need to do, and then mentally tick it off as been done, but it hasn't? No? Just me then

Yesterday's lunch, sausage casserole, with mushrooms, chopped onion & courgette,  Coleman's casserole mix & a wee dash of Korean pot noodle spice sachet...

Evening was a pepperoni & salami pizza.

Then a Kipling blackcurant & apple pie.

Then a bag of potato chips.

Lunch was ham egg & chips, plus fried courgette, red pepper & some tinned tomatoes..... ketchup, tea..... crust of bread to mop up the juices.....

OMG I needed that! Hell yeah...

I had mustard barbecue sauce coated chicken that I cooked in the air fryer with microwave rice and soy sauce with it as well as some microwave steam veggies that I seasoned with salt, pepper and garlic salt, yum yum.

I rather stupidly opened a second can of tomatoes last night, when I already got a previously opened one unfinished, so now I have lots of tinned tomatoes to eat up before they go off!

I had a t-bone steak with peppercorn cream sauce along with mushrooms and onions, yum yum.

Using up canned tomatoes – canned tomatoes with boiled potatoes, half a small can of baked beans, a splash of Worcestershire sauce & ketchup, fresh ground Himalayan pink salt & black pepper, plus a Asda chicken tikka slice (aka. a pie) on the side, cup of tea, proper job.... surprisingly tasty! And spicy!
