Supper – pate on dry toast, with a 'side salad' – cucumber & tomato on limp lettuce .....

... followed by raspberry ripple ice cream with a sliced banana, in turn followed by a chilled Bounty bar out the fridge, white wine & Lucozade mixer.

I had steak diane with filet mignon steaks that were cooked rare and I had those with a mushroom and creamy potato gratins, yum yum.

Last night – cheese & salad sandwich, twice. Cheese was Cheddar & Red Leicester, wholemeal bread, salad was lettuce, tomato, red pepper, Heinz sandwich spread.

Today, eggs benedict but only one egg, bacon, spinach, Hollandaise sauce, plus fried courgette & red pepper.
