Last night's supper was Brie & Cheddar cheeses with crackers, side salad of lettuce, cucumber tomato, spring onions, mayonnaise sauce.

Same as yesterday evening, but the crackers were Nairns flatbreads, & red pepper added to the salad.

Lunchtime was using up leftovers, sausages, cauliflower cheese, roast parsnips & potato, brocolli, ith English mustard, rose wine.

An extra crispy pepperoni, Italian beef, mozzarella and cheddar deep dish, topped with tomatoes.

A variation on Eggs Benedict, with mushrooms in place of spinach. And mayonnaise, 'cause I can't get no Hollandaise sauce

Followed by a mince pie, with tea.

Sausage eggs & chips, or kind of, sautéed potatoes instrad of chips, fried in sausage fat (pork fat). With mushrooms & 2 small eggs, ketchup & French's mustard, tea.

Cheese, tomato, cucumber, lettuce, spring onions, sandwich spresad sandwich, wholemeal bread, potato chips, drink was silver Tequila & Lucozade. Followed by apple & blackcurrant pie.

Pasta. ( IDK what kind. Mom made it over the weekend) with chili sauce, chipotle cream sauce, garlic pepper and pepper jack.

I just had mac and cheese! it was an absolute taste explosion! Imagine perfectly cooked elbow macaroni swimming in this divine blend of cheeses. We're talking a mix of sharp cheddar, gooey mozzarella, and a hint of parmesan for that extra punch. The whole thing was baked to golden perfection, giving it this amazing crispy crust.

Lunch was Chinese chicken stir-fry, sweet & sour sauce, diced courgette, onion & red pepper, noodles.

Supper was cheese on Nairn flatbread crackers, tomato, bit of lettuce, tea. Lemon sponge cake. Not necessarily in that order.

The only thing I've had today is an energy drink for breakfast. Truly the breakfast of champions. I'll probably eat in a few hours

Sausage casserole made with chopped onion & courgette fried with garlic in olive oil for a few minutes, then into the dish with sliced mushrooms & 3 (pre-cooked) Richmond pork sausages, Coleman's sausage casserole mix, with a teaspoon of gravy granules to bulk it out a bit, a teaspoon of garam massala, & a few mustard seeds. Finally Himalayan pink salt & black pepper to taste.

OH EMM GEE ...

The sauce tastes & smells amazing. Hell yeah! Get in ...
