I had a double chocolate chip muffin, sliced oranges and black grapes

Fried cantilina bean and vegetable rice sauteed in southwest soup, smokey horseradish and smokey tomato.

Have some catching up to do ...

Yesterday lunch, defrosted reheated take-out chicken curry with added prawns, garnished with tomato & cucumberv slices & chopped spring onion, naan bread & mango chutney .....

.

Same evening, tomato soup with a crushed cracker in it, plus a cheese & ketchup sandwich on Polish bread, tea .....

.

Today, sausages egg 'n' chips, but as sautéed sliced potato, steamed tomato & ketchup on top .....

.

This evening may probably be same as yesterday's.
