Have some catching up to do ...

Yesterday lunch, defrosted reheated take-out chicken curry with added prawns, garnished with tomato & cucumberv slices & chopped spring onion, naan bread & mango chutney .....

.

Same evening, tomato soup with a crushed cracker in it, plus a cheese & ketchup sandwich on Polish bread, tea .....

.

Today, sausages egg 'n' chips, but as sautéed sliced potato, steamed tomato & ketchup on top .....

.

This evening may probably be same as yesterday's.

You have to like raisins / saltanas, candied orange peel, that kind of thing - if you can get a good quality one they can be very good, I love them.
