Shop-bought egg & cress sandwich (from Asda supermarket) which TBH I wish I hadn't eaten. Pretty tasteless unless with added salt & pepper. Also probably not hungry enough for it. May not bother with this again, plenty others with more flavour.

Before that, lunch was vegerable stew with pork sausages, potato, parsnip, carrot, onion, vegerable stock pot, garam massala, bit of white bread crust .....
