This is the last thing I ate, about 4 or 5 days ago... Now I have a stricture in my esophagus and stomach ulcers (was just at the ER), and funny enough one of the first foods the Dr. Said NOT to eat was salsa, lol

I had some chicken, one with mustard barbecue sauce and one with no sauce that were cooked in the airfryer and were served with rice and some broccoli seasoned with salt, pepper, olive oil, garlic flakes and parsley on the side.
