Sadly, I don't have a picture on hand but my family and I had Chicken Alfredo with spaghetti squash replacing the pasta and mushrooms too! We also had garlic bread and mixed veggies!

I had Arroz con habichuelas with bistec. A Puerto Rican dish.

I ate a chicken patty with sweet potato fries at lunch, forgot to grab ranch sadly.

Breakfast was a tiny deep dish microwave pizza, because I ate all the breakfast sandwiches, why am I a food hogger?

Dinner was some leftovers from last night, I'm about to ask if I can have some popcorn!

Cuban sub with ham, pork, pickles, Swiss cheese and Dijon mustard.

Corned beef hash, made with diced and fried potato, onion, and tomato (yes really), then half a can of corned beef. Cooked in the garden on a wood buning stove! But burning BBQ briquettes.

then I went to Pizza Ranch for lunch, I think I ate way too much and didn't eat until way later.

Today – (in order of layers, starting with the first) Cathedral City cheese, sandwich spread, cucumber, lettuce, thousand islands dressing – sandwich, and All Day Breakfast out of a sachet (like All Day Breakfast out of a can, but not a can)
