I had kielbasa with sauerkraut on a poppy knot bun, with a side of red beans and rice. Polish and Cajun foods may not be a perfect combo, but it went down just fine. Had yellow cake with chocolate frosting for dessert.

Coronation supper! Well a day late – Nairn flatbreads, wholemeal bread, black & green olives with herbs, Greek style; Philadelphia cream cheese with sweet chili; paté, Brie, cheddar cheese, tomatoes, cucumber, apple.....

And why so many knives? Because they're all different...
