Garlic chicken and vegetable pasta seasoned with Cajun and chilli seasoning. Chicken sauce. Pepper jack and Gloucestershire orange and cranberry cheese. And buffalo sauce mixed into the egg.

Beer cheese, onion and bratwurst soup w/ oyster crackers. 

Before that, chicken & vegetable dumpling soup w/ oyster crackers and a raspberry cream cheese muffin.

Chinese sweet & sour stir fry, chicken pieces fried in olive oil with garlic, couple of sliced mushrooms, some sliced onion & red pepper, LETTUCE (we established earlier you can stir fry lettuce), sweet & sour sauce, noodles...

I had a burger from Burger Urge called the Boston Cheese and it’s my favourite burger from Burger Urge, I had it with fries and a drink as well as truffle mayo and cheeseburger tacos on the side, yum yum.

I ate some vanilla pudding as a late night snack yesterday

I'm a bit behind – this was Monday's I think – sausages with Dauphinoise potatoes, brocolli, wholemeal bread – lately I seem to be having one main meal each day, and more like a snack in the evening. Monday evening's 'supper' was Bri cheese & toast I think.

Yesterday – leftovers – remains of the pasty & cauliflower cheese, brocolli, freshly done baked potatoes, horseradish sauce. Evening was lemon sponge cake!

Had chicken to use up, so Chinese stir fry, Chow Mein sauce, noodles, courgette, onion, red pepper, couple of mushrooms....

Lunch time, Quiche Lorraine, onion & courgette fried in olive oil on 'a bed of crushed potatoes', mashed with a little milk & margerine.
