I had a pepperoni and mushroom pizza called Americana from Gourmet Pizza, yum yum.

I tried the new hot honey pizza from Pizza Hut. It was alright, but definitely not spicy enough! The sweet would've been so much better if it was contrasted with that spice. Probably wouldn't get it again!

I'm a big fan of the mix! Anything sour, salty, or spicy is usually my jam! I like big bold flavors, but the pizza was just kinda flatly sticky sweet which wasn't really the best.

Yesterday liunch - bacon & fried egg, courgette & tomatoes on steamed potatoes ...

Evening was cheese, tomato & cucmber sandwich with potato chips, & Russian salad.

Sunday lunch – all roasted vegetables – potatoes, parsnips, carrots, courgette – chicken pieces part fried with mixed herbs, mustard seeds & black pepper, then into the oven with the vegetables to finish ..... eaten with English mustard ...

This evening – pate on toast with a side salad – lettuce, tomato, cucumber, spring onions, mayonnaise ....

Followed by leftover Christmas cake. Seriously – found it in a cupboard – no-one was more surprised than me.

Sausage casserole (yes again), Richmond sausages (3 off), mushrooms, red pepper, lightly fried omion, bit of a potato, Colemans sausage casserole mix with some added garam massala & mustard seeds ...

Later on (much later), cheese & salad sanfwich, then later again cheese & crackers.

First, two slices of pepperoni pizza. One with maple burbon cheese and maple BBQ seasoning. One with Monterrey jack and chilli seasoning.

Than half a banana.

The other half i mixed into a bowl of banana maple oatmeal.

Leftover frozen pizza. I ate half yesterday, and I didn't want to be a pig and eat the other half. Well, I wanted to but I didn't.

Had a go at making Polish potato pierogies.

In hindsight, shouldn't have used puff pastry – dunno why I even bought that, it's obviously the wrong type

Also, needs more seasoning. A lot more. The instructions were right in that regard.

However – not a total disaster! Steamed potato, fried onion & Gloucester cheese, with salt, black pepper and a little garam massala. (But needs more.)

Eaten with potato gratin, steamed carrots & roasted pasrnips.

EDIT: just found out my preferred supermarket sells Twarog cheese, so that'll be for next time.

Addendum

Pepperoni pizza, half covered in BBQ maple, Cajun and caynne seasonings. Half in Italian, roasted garlic and garlic pepper. Topped with jalepeno jack cheese.
