I had filet mignon steaks cooked rare with Rufus Teague Whiskey Maple Barbecue Sauce and onion rings as well as some veggies on the side, yum yum.

For breakfast I had french toast and scrambled eggs.

For lunch, I went to the pub and had seafood linguine.

Sort of using up leftovers - old potatoes, but new swede, old red pepper, new courgette, old sausage roll (but the sausage is tough because it was cooked twice), & a large mushroom  (also not a leftover), & a fried egg on top ...

Yesterday's lunch was (I decided in the end) fried egg & bacon with mushrooms & green pepper on a bed of swede & potato mash, not at all unpleasant!
