Yesterday, sausage casserole (again), evening, Korean pot noodle with a couple of crushed crackers, wholemeal bread & cheese.

Using up leftovers (mostly) - quiche lorraine (spelling? OK ..) with leftover roast potatoes, a few steamed new potatoes to make up, half a small can of baked beans, bit of mixed salad on top (red thing in the middle is half a tomato) .....

Surprisingly good! Evening was chips & cheese, chocolate later.

Last minute decision - defrosted reheated take-out prawn balti & pilau rice with an onion bhaji, & garnished with slices of tomato, cucumber & spring onions. Didn't think I was going to eat it all but I did. No pix.
