... but before that brunch was egg bacon mushrooms, baked beans steamed tomato & mini pork sausages on potato waffles, with ketchup & tea.....

Using uo leftovers - or trying to - half a pork pie, baked potatoes, parsnips & carrots, leftover mashed potato, with added freshly fried (in olive oil) onion & red pepper... but still got some left!

Wow. That sounds and looks delicious!  It's a way to use avocado that I find it very Interesting to try.

This is what I ate for breakfast today. 

"Butifarra with beans". Butifarra is like a big sausage made with pork. 

My favourite is Yellow Butifarra with beans. It's a yellow sausage because it's made with eggs. But it's only aviable in february.

I had Blue’s Hog Raspberry Chipotle Barbecue Sauce on/or near a chicken breast seasoned with Blue’s Hog Cajun Bayou Seasoning along with rice & soy sauce and some veggies (microwaved steamed veggies) on the side, yum yum.
