Janicethelight 108 September 27, 2018 Share September 27, 2018 Derpy's eyes are the most beautiful, and here is why: Derpy was first noticed for her 'derped' eyes in her expression on the very first episode, and she grew as a fan favorite from her eyes. With one single word, she became a lover of muffins. With a few moments on screen, she became a clumsy mail pony, but her beautiful eyes stayed the same. And then, one day she spoke....and everything changed People who didn't understand said that Derpy's name and voice and eyes were making fun of people with mental health problems. They called her names and wrote letters to Hasbro... And Hasbro took her away. And we Bronies did not take that lying down. We stood up in droves for this pony. We loved her now. Her voice, her clumsiness, her name, and especially those crossed eyes that helped her come to being. There were artwork and videos and stories of how Derpy felt hurt and attacked by this, crying, and wanting to find some way to please others. People stood up with all sorts of mental health problems claiming Derpy wasn't making fun of them. She was a tribute that they were there, and made mistakes, but did their best. Derpy helped people that sometimes feel invisible feel like they had somepony to relate to. And after a while, Hasbro listened, and they did something that rarely happens on shows with this backlash...they brought her back!!!!! Derpy has the most beautiful eyes because her eyes are a symbol of the bronies, of our love for the show and ALL it's characters, and a symbol to look at more than just one moment to judge a character. The sweet teel color looks real nice in Fluttershy's eyes, and rainbow somehow pulls of the magenta eyes. She was actually a part of the reason my favorite oc of mine has magenta eyes.
