Banned forms of magic?

What would you say banned forms of magic would be?

For example, I would say necromancy would be banned. Raising the dead as zombies I think would surely upset the local ponies of your town. Even if the zombies were not hostile, I think you would make a lot of ponies upset.

Mind control on other ponies looks like it should/would be a banned form of magic. Time Travel too for obvious reasons.

I don't know. Twilight once spoke lightly of reformation magic, and time travel has been done twice in the show without repercussions. I'm not sure it can be said there are any sort of forbidden magic.

For starters, I think a lot of the previously mentioned forms of magic would be banned. Dark magic, Necromancy, Mind control, time travel, etc. My guess is that the only reason Twilight and Starlight have gotten away with some of this is due to being close to to the princess.

I was also thinking; what if magic that could harm the other ponies purpose is also banned? Things like weather spells, flight spells, and farming spells being banned or at least heavily restricted. I could see these spells potentially causing more harm than good. It's just an interesting thing to think about.
