Honestly a bit nervous as my work day sloooowly approaches, haha-

at the moment extremely nervous to the point i'm feeling sick to my stomach.

Work has been demanding so much of me lately, adding so much pressure I feel i'm at the edge of a burnout.

Tomorrow I'm thrown into the deep - They told me nothing, no information. I don't know what i'm supposed to do at all. I don't even know wether to speak english or our country's language at all. I legit know nothing and all I know is I'm supposed to do it all on my own.. so how?
They've heavily triggered my anxiety by giving me zero info. If i knew a little bit more i'd be okay but why not let someone show me what to do first before just tossing me into something ik nothing of?

I'm also expected to join a big event sometime soon when those type of things trigger anxiety for me - this isn't in our country either.
