I've watched every episode of the show that's currently out. I do relate to the disappointment of heaven seemingly being bad guys for the sake of it. Adam was a pretty funny jerk character to me, but I really want there to be something more to the angels that depicts neither heaven or hell as in the right. Most everything else is good though, I love the new voice actors, the songs, and how I'm growing to like characters I wasn't that into initially more like Niffty, Sir Pentious, and even the Egg Boiz. Best episode to me was Masquerade, no contest. Poison is a killer song, loved seeing another side to Husk, and given how we all love Angel Dust, there was no way I was going to dislike what was essentially that awesome music video for Addict turned into a full-length episode. This show isn't flawless, it can use some polish, but I've not been let down by it so far.

Compared to gen 5? You said it. Didnt cringe at all, usually with lgbtq contents they cringe and misrepresented.

I think if  Angel ever cut deals with Val, I would rather like to see him work with Ozzie instead. At least Ozzie treats his performers a lot more respect and allowing them to express their talents and showmanship. Which it’s what Angel wanted initially. I think this route would open up to a positive side towards pole dancing. Pole dancing always gets misinterpreted when it actually a form of art of both beauty and strength. Which I think that what Angel would’ve also wanted.

True, to avoid two series crossover complex, but I’m just saying if Angel dust still wants to be a performer without being a porn star and keeping his aesthetic, then pole dancing doesn’t have to view as a bad sexual way. If it’s presented correctly.

Pole dancing in art alone is hard to find. And they're in hell. No way it'll be a clean entertainment. Plus i think pole dancing was original made for sexual entertainment.

It was just now that it is used for art... And that is still in the grey. Or very few since it is still associated with arousals.

Also i think angel dust doesn't really like to pole dance. It was a necessary for him to survive. A hunting reminder of his past.

I second that. "Critic videos" have become more untrustworthy than ever, so much bad info that gets spread on YouTube now about almost every new show it seems, including shows that are legitimately god-awful.

Mafia is reminder of his past. He was a gangster not a pole dancer to begin with. Him being a performer was his escape. I don’t know how the contract started off as but Angel knows what kind of a performer he wanted to be otherwise he wouldn’t agree to the contract. But he never ask to become a sex toy symbol.  
 

And I won’t have people like yourself disrespecting these pole dancers who actually see it as a form of art and dance instead of like a sin. Those who tries to change its view and use it to express themselves through it. but the world which is no different from hell itself (anyway) could only see it as sex  and exploit it.  My college ran a pole dancing club and it changed my view on it and grow to appreciate it on a different level. You may think it sounds native, but these people  tries to see things differently the good in the bad, so they can feel less bad about themselves. So try do a little more research. I do want to make a list of my songs rank so far!

1. “Stayed Gone” God, Vox’s voice melt my heart, and his character… my man crush is kicking in again. But damn he’s kinda hot okay? 
 

2. “Whatever it takes”- The duet, Zestial’s voice  and the drama and the passion in that song. It’s like listening to a strong opera performance in a broadway theater.

3.”Respectfuless”- Carmilla just keeps slaying in musical. 
 

4. “Hell is forever”- love, love the 80’s intake on the rock music. 
 

5. “Happy day in hell”- who doesn’t like a good o’ classic board-way music?
 

6. “Poison”-  Descent but the song is good and despite how upbeat it sounded you can definitely hear the pain from the lyrics.

7. “Loser Baby”- Not really a fan as much, the music could use a little more swing. 
 

8. “It’s start with a sorry”- not feeling it. But I feel so happy for Sir Pents being accepted despite what he had done in the past, it’s so touching.

I agree on that part. After watching it again, the plot was rushed with the character’s introduction by dropping their tragic story bomb without exploring the foundation of the character first. The part with Vaggie and Charlie would have a good opportunity to explore their foundations of how the two met or at least explore their dynamics more. But instead we got “hey I’m sorry” “yeah me too” conversation. Angel Dust was a mess, I’m not gonna dig into that. Should have taken more time to build up to that moment later on and explore the foundation of his character first. Along with Husk’s backstory. Now everyone spams on my twitter only see him as angel-husk or a sad poor porn star. Without trying to get to know his character in layers.

 

i do hope we get to see more dynamic between Alastor and Vox though!

Ozzie and Fizz relationship are so cute! At first I didn’t like them as much too since they’re bullies. But it’s crazy how the two characters have shown more and evolved in the last two episodes of them. Along with Fizz relationship with Blitzo. The last episode was great. It’s so emotional too, seeing how Fizz almost got himself into the same situation as Angel Dust if weren’t for Blitzo and Ozzie to stop him. See Frizz going through a panic attack, is heartbreaking. But yes, the part with the deaf imp is so cute. Knowing Fizz has inspired someone through his talents.

The last two were definitely good, a huge step up from the last two episodes. I love the relationship between Husk and Angel. Like Husk being there as his parental guardian. The dynamic between Lucifer and Alastor was great too.

Haha fair enough. His personality and character makes me wonder how in the world he even got into heaven. But the reason why I like him because he’s like this version of a catholic who would follow religion but isn’t religious himself.

Cannibal-town is disturbing . Pleasantly disturbing . I wonder if they eat each other or just eat their own enemies who are either their kind or others? I guess either way it'd be cannibalism.

Also lolll Sir Pentious being the first to actually redeem himself . His angelic entry was funny. Emily's uber-happy face reacting (and Sera being disturbed as if she knows something bad will come from this). Quite anti-climactic way he went out. That was pretty hot, Cherry.

Clearly we'll actually see more of the mysterious Lilith in the next season. She's uh..... yeah .

Alastor surprisingly back so soon. I guess he wasn't "killed" so much as he was just completely stripped of his power and made off. Weird seeing him actually relatively powerless. Interesting knowing why his smiling is more than just a face but "strategic".

Also in all seriousness I admire Charlie's selflessness for her people. Despite being princess of that place, she's very much (ironically) a Christ figure for putting her life on the line for sinners. Don't know if that's intentional. Will that mean Charlie will eventually die?
