Subscriber Denim&Venöm 20,472 April 19, 2020 Subscriber Share April 19, 2020 If you don't know Prince Whateverer, he's one of the more prominent Brony musicians, and one of the few producers of MLP themed heavy metal. You may of heard of some hits like Solidarity (In This Together), Frailty and his cover of The Spectacle as well as lending his voice to dBPony's Wonderbolt. His account just got hacked to make it look like it's being run by the Ethereum foundation. Changed his channel banner and uploaded a live stream of them advertising their bit coin scam. By the sounds of things it's not the actual Ethereum bitcoin group but rather a hacker using bots. If you can, best way to help is to spread the word and let YouTube know via twitter. Ask them to help Prince get his account back. Enough social media buzz will get them to take a look.

Shit, I've heard that name before from another YouTuber who got hacked probably by that same person. Wtf is with all these channel hacks lately? Wasn't Vannamelon hacked and locked out of her account not too long ago too? Prince Whateverer better get his channel back sooner rather than later, I've heard that "Ethereum foundation" hacker will eventually start to delete videos from the channel and eventually after about a month or so the hacker will just up and delete the whole channel from YouTube. 2 RA RA RASPUTIN

By the sound of things he has gotten in touch with YouTube and will take action in the next few days. Hopefully they're taking this seriously. Still, doesn't hurt to tweet them with a mention for Prince and his plight.

I channel I am subbed to got hacked last month and she missed two YouTube paychecks because of it. Thankfully people who were able to donate supported her enough to help with her financial issues Boom!
Dark Qiviut 22,605 April 22, 2020 Share April 22, 2020 Bad news: PW's TY account has a community strike, so no videos or community posts for a while. Good news: he got his account back! Splashee 28,599 July 12, 2020 Share July 12, 2020 Google allows you to secure your YouTube account with additional annoying things, that can actually lock you out of your own channel. I wouldn't be surprised that's what happened
