How do I add a signature?

Hi, I'm not sure of this is posted in the right section, but I need some help.

Does anyone know how to add a signature to your forum posts? Do you have to be a certain rank to be able to? I think I had been scrolling through my account settings for at least an hour and don't understand. :mlp_lie:

I'm currently on computer, but if I have to use mobile I can login with my phone. ^_^
