Harvey Beaks, Owl House, Amphibia, Kid Cosmic, Steven Universe, OK KO, Adventure Time, Regular Show, Gravity Falls, Hilda, Hanazuki, Looney Tunes Cartoons, Peanuts, and Infinity Train.

Avatar: The Last Airbender, Sailor Moon, Dragon Ball (original series, DBZ, and DBS), Teen Titans (the original show), InuYasha, Star Trek (TOS, TNG, DS9, and Voyager), The X-Files (before it was rebooted), My Hero Academia, Fate (Zero and Unlimited Blade Works), and SpongeBob SquarePants (first 3 seasons only).

Considering only animated family-friendly shows (I don't think it's possible to compare MLP with South Park or Doctor Who), I'd say there are a few shows that I like as much as MLP. I find them superior in some aspects and inferior in some other ways. These shows are Adventure Time, Over the Garden Wall, Gravity Falls, and She-Ra and the Princesses of Power. But I find it impossible to choose a favorite one.
