I don't particularly believe in a "Zombie" apocalypse. Because let's face it, rotting meat, in sunlight? I'm sure we all know the purpose of fridges. Next, the bugs will handle anything not naturally decomposed fast enough. Then wild animals; most don't eat humans, but as a dead human they will smell just like a piece of rotting flesh AKA, "fast food" (buh duhm pshhhh!)

 

Now this actually seems plausible. A misplaced chemical into the water supply, and everyone goes insane like in the video. Judging by what I saw such as "increased strength," I'm envisioning this as a steroid+energy drug. I'd also like to think these "Zombies" would be faster and stronger due to the drug. See, but I don't think this will work in the traditional zombie sense, as these are living people, not reanimated people. Dead back to life is impossible in my opinion. There won't be a "virus" that spreads into the dead, reanimating them. Personally, I see this as a great opportunity for natural selection. If anyone survives this, they clearly DESERVE to have survived.

 

 

As for me, I'd love to say I'd survive to the end with the rest of you, but the fact is I'd probably be the first one dead. I'd also love to say I'd die being super heroic, but I'd probably be sitting at home while one breaks through the window.

Also, when someone talks about a zombie having, "extra strength," it's not extra or increased strength.

Theory is, the only part of a reanimated corpse's brain is the stem, which simply causes movement. However, other parts of the brain limit humans from breaking through our limits. If we didn't have those parts of the brain, we could do amazing things, but hurt ourselves.

Since the majority of a zombie's brain cannot be used, it cannot be limited strength-wise. That's why the man apparently had, "extra strength," probably not steroids.
