Probably something similar to when she showed up in Equestria Girls. She most likely wouldn't turn evil. (Knock on wood.) I feel like she would have a sort of love-hate relationship with the internet. Like there is an absolutely ridiculous amount of information online (Encyclopedia Britannica), but there is also some questionable information floating around there. On the other hand, she would probably be annoyed that the internet is making people more connected yet distant from each other. And then there's social media... TLDR, she certainly will have a lot to say about the internet.

and unlike equestria girl twilight sparkles is still an pony and the Us  military  would probably see Twilight sparkles as a threats to them

I wonder how Twilight would react to all the war and chaos and destruction is happening on this wretched Planet

Twilight might try to help humanity but would force to give up beoause humanity is beyond saving
