Is Scootaloo an Australian Pegasus Filly? her Father have  Australian accents so scootaloo might be the first Australian Pegasus on the show.

She's an Australian pegasus the same way Rarity is a British unicorn, given that she has the accent and says "tea and biscuits" in Power Ponies. Only Rarity isn't British from there being no Britain in Equestria, just aspiring to live in Canterlot. In other words, Scootaloo would not be from the actual land down under, but from some kind of Equestrian equivalent.
