resolved Can't edit my profile banner.

Why am I unable to edit my profile banner? Its been like this ever since my account got reinstated back on February 21. I'm not sure if I'm the only one who is unable to edit my profile banner or if everyone is unable too as well. Just want to know why I'm unable to edit my profile banner.

You should be allowed to edit them. @Rikifive can probably look at your account when he comes online later.
