Do You collect it? Do You have some sets?

My older brother did play with Lego a lot as a kid, especially the "Lego Technic" brand. Lego was very popular in Sweden.

The forum is Canadian, and a lot of members are not from the US, so that's why Thanksgiving is not officially celebrated here (like special events or emojis/reactions). But nothing is stopping us from using custom emojis :coco:

Yes, I know. That's why I said this

The majority of my friends here are not from the U.S. So it wouldn't be fair to them to only have those emojis instead of including some of their own unique celebrations. :twi:
I love everything as it is now and I was simply being cheeky as always

Thanks for explaining, though.
Always the helpful pony!

Seeing all these Star Wars Lego kits warms my heart. I have only two lego sets in my Star wars collection; a TIE Interceptor and a Super battle Droid. I loved assembling them but they were hard to display because they fall apart easily if someone bumps into them. I had to disassemble and store them. I have a Darth Vader Connect-and-Build pen but that doesn't really count as a Lego set.

Lego is literally my childhood that I forgot and only remembered, because @Magical Mare took me to a Lego store in my area to buy me a set as a gift :rarity: Mandalorian N-1 Starfighter is from her :3

Honestly, Lego back then was.... quite quirky haha. The variety of blocks for designing back then was quite limited so it was hard to do all the slopes and edges, not to mention - making sets sturdy. Sets I had as a child sometimes looked really derpy xD At times even color choices were weird, like, Sith Infiltrator set had blue bricks, when actual ship was simply grey. I remember cousin's N-1 Starfighter and the blockiness there was off the charts

I love how now Lego doesn't shy away from using lego technic elements in their "regular" sets. X-Wing I have has this lego technic mechanism for opening wings and the way it works is wonderful! Finally Lego Technic gets some more love as it truly allows Lego to shine and makes assembling process even more fun!

Also.. Fluttershy will be definitely getting the Y wing for Christmas

Gosh, I have no words for it, Fluttershy is so happy :(

Just be sure Scootaloo operates the ion cannon;)

I will let Scootaloo say "hi" to some Imperial Star Destroyers, before they get a gift from me, but first it is Silky, who should be given an honor c:

Lego Technic is fun and I wish I did more of it back when I was a child! I was mostly sticking to Lego System, because as Star Wars fan I mostly built these sets (Lego Star Wars in technic brand was too expensive and most of it looked weird xD)

Wow, my first Lego set that I received from @Magical Mareis on the display ;-; Seriously, Your Lego store is even bigger than mine! You totally need Your own Lego set now, Rocky <3

I received today a very top secret package from @Sophie H.that totally doesn't contain new Lego set... :rarity: I am betting here that it's UCS Imperial Probe Droid, but just as I promised them - I am not opening it until it's on camera <3

But I just want to make a little guess here

Hey, mixing sets was part of my fun  Today if I had to dismantle any of my sets I'd likely keep pieces in separate boxes, but back when I was a child...

shamelessly tosses everything into a single Lego-drawer, creating a bricky mess in the process

I did manage to keep one set intact without mixing it up with something else, and that was the Governer's Ship during the original Pirate Lego series. Originally, I had to have my brother put it together for me but eventually, I did manage to build it on my own.

I've actually still got a mixture of lego pieces in a container in my house which just collects dust now. Some of the pieces are from a Pirate Lego set including the island plate.

I think my parents still keep some "leftovers" from my old lego collection on their attic, but it's probably even less than You seem to have. But maybe eventually I will go and take them, if anything, unless I can rebuild what they once were I can always keep those as spare parts.
