A Jedi and a pirate. Sometimes I pretended to be both at the same time.  :P

At first I rejected the zero, but that was because I simply didn't understand it. Now I do.

All kinds of things, but I think the two most prominent was a soldier or a dinosaur. I still do the latter sometimes, especially when I'm at the beach.

Spiderman. To the point I jumped down some stairs. It didn't end well.

When I was 3 I had this set of Superman Pajamas, cape and all, and I wore them out to a local park. It used to have this big merry go round, and all the older kids would run as fast as they could to get it up to speed. I had the fun idea to leap off thinking that I could fly. Somehow I maintained the pose, and little ol me made it nearly 20 feet before crashing into the woodchips. I wasn't badly hurt, but I was bawling my eyes out. It could've been a lot worse because my head was inches away from the curb. :lie:

I distinctly remember at one stage (probably age 7 or so) I was fascinated with cats and wanted to be one. I don't know that I ever "pretended" necessarily aside from in my mind, and when playing with other kids I would like to take the role of cat if we were playing animals.

I liked pretending to be a witch. I had this plastic tub in the garden I would fill with hose water and crushed flower petals. We had this walnut tree, and the leaves would dry out in such a way that they looked like ladles. My "broom" was either this nice stick I liked, or my scooter, depending on how far I had to go.

A princess most of the time, and occasionally a mermaid (yeah, I still pretend the same things sometimes). And I occasionally pretended I was a giant and would walk around in slow motion, crushing cardboard towns (and my brother’s toys) underfoot. But considering I’m fairly short even as an adult, the whole ‘giant’ character didn’t have much staying power.
