    I vaguely remember it. To be honest, I always thought of Zecora as around the same age as the mane 6. They're all adults lol, at least in Equestria. It'd make sense if she was made a student just like the rest of them. I do agree the outfit she was given doesn't really fit her though... Too trendy, I think. I figure she would probably wear looser and simpler pieces. Earth tones, maybe, or bright red, yellow, and green together. Definitely not a Chanel-style black-and-white pencil skirt XD

    I think I would dislike a reboot if just because it ruins the clean generation flow that MLP has had since the 80's (though G5's timeline kinda already did that). There are a lot of things I wouldn't mind being retconned and done better with hindsight, though, especially in the later seasons

    Books are much easier on the eyes than e-readers. DVDs and CDs don't need internet to work as intended. I wholly agree with you on the touchscreens. Real buttons feel nicer and are way less prone to breakage.

    I've tried pretty much every energy drink I can find at least once. Monster Ultra Paradise is probably my favorite flavor-wise, but it's kind of a lot, so for drinking every day, standard Monster Ultra is best. I like the strawberry Monster also, but it's hard to find where I live for some reason. The Ghost sour patch kids flavors are also pretty good, but like other "sour" drinks they can leave a weird feeling in your mouth so they're only really good for once-in-a-while.

    I liked pretending to be a witch. I had this plastic tub in the garden I would fill with hose water and crushed flower petals. We had this walnut tree, and the leaves would dry out in such a way that they looked like ladles. My "broom" was either this nice stick I liked, or my scooter, depending on how far I had to go.

    Assuming my animals were coming with me (I would give my whole life and then some for them, so otherwise would not be a fair question), absolutely. Their society is much more hopeful and kind than ours. All the things I find beautiful about this world would still be there, plus some extra magical beautiful things - I can only imagine how cool a hike through those forests is. My physical issues would have magic to help soothe them. I love music and movies which I would probably be leaving, but they have their own music and plays that I would love to see, too. Also, I've been known to have some pretty crazy nightmares, and I've often wondered what Luna would say about them if she saw.

    The community has been a wonderful place for me, for one! Aside from that, the first time I remember really getting into music that wasn't just what my parents listened to was brony music. I've had such a hard time writing my whole life, but ponies are able to get me to put stuff on the page. The first screenplay I ever wrote was a FiM episode rewrite!

    Replaying Silent Hill 3 I played the PC version before, and I'm playing the PS2 version now, so I'm interested to see if they're any different from each other. I'm happy to be using my controller this time at least XP

    "Luna's Future" is my absolute favorite song in the entire series' run. The only thing I dislike about it is how short it is. After that is "Open Up Your Eyes". The Dazzlings' part in "Welcome to the Show" is also awesome.

    Thanks for the suggestions! I did try LMMS - I remember it being confusing, though that was a couple years ago, so it might be worth another shot. I haven't actually heard of Tracktion, but TBH if I have to go proprietary I'll probably just fork over the cash for Reaper :P. I've actually been eyeing Reaper for a while now - if I can't find any FOSS candidates I like, I'm very down to give them a shot. I've heard word that their trial policy might be a bit more lenient than their website suggests so I might just try them out anyway XD. Ardour's free-not-gratis policy rubbed me the wrong way a little, but I guess I could try compiling it now that I'm on Linux. I've also tried Rosegarden, but it really was not made to be a DAW and you can tell. Qtractor crashes on me, too... The one I'm trialing now is Helio, and I'm actually pretty hopeful! The UI is very simple and streamlined which should prevent the "overwhelming" problem I have with other DAWs. It's a shame it doesn't have track recording, but it's enough to get settled in the medium, and adding tracks in Audacity or something later is easy enough!

    Still looking for a nice open-source DAW that's intuitive enough to use. Flathub doesn't have a lot of options, and all the big ones have problems that make them very difficult to use. I found one that looks alright on Flathub, but it doesn't seem to have a lot of documentation which isn't a great start. Even after I find a nice DAW I'm dreading having to get my softsynth working finally. ;-; I got it to work once and haven't been able to replicate it.

    Yeah there's a postal system. Considering Gabby worked for them later in the series it likely has a decently far reach. I imagine the dragon system is just to signal to Celestia that something is important, since she probably gets a lot of mail, but only her students really have access to dragons.

    My first thought is a unicorn. I would love to be able to ride off into the forest whenever I want, and they're so beautiful. It'd probably be a pain to take care of, though...
