Scrappy Doo gets a vote from me too, I used to find him so dang annoying as a kid, especially in that live action movie. Also Jar Jar Binks, of course. Umbridge is too irritating, and even though the point is to make the audience happy when she gets her comeuppance, she doesn’t get nearly enough to justify hours of her unrestrained irritation onscreen or in the books.
