Oh my, I remember seeing a lot of people making jokes about that cover art in a Mexican Facebook group in 2023 XD, a lot of them said that the characters (minus Spike) were likelly traced over images of real people and I even saw one of them sharing a image of a real woman in the same pose as Pinkie Pie 💦 I remember seeing a alternate cover for it featuring the same characters and it had a much better art in a style more accurate to the series (or the comic pages)

It's not unusual for artists to use photo references, so It's entirely possible that that was done with this cover. 

Reprint collections are all well and good, but what I'd really like to see is a graphic novel or miniseries based on the unproduced Equestria Girls season finale.

I thought this was a new issue, but it's just a rerelease of older issues. Annual #1 was pretty wack but March Radness is a legit good time
