Eeyup - this is my first pony painting. I didn't use any references while painting her (except I checked her mane - but I ended up not caring about the reference. XD)

 

 

On a canvas, 30 cm x 40 cm.

Acrylics and pencil.

Great work, besides the fact that neither of us noticed she didn't have a cutie mark.

 

I see what you meant about the shadow on her chin. I suggest lightening the top of it, and have it fade away as it approaches her chin.

The cutie mark is very well done, but maybe the blue is a little too dark.

I like it, although the legs and ear could be thicker and more round. Also the face is kind of long and the hair could be more poofy. It's really good for painting though and the colours are great! ~

I wasn't really trying to copy exactly the style from the show, so that's why she has thin legs.
