Carrick gave a chuckle, "Just get some sleep, you've had a tough day." Carrick said as he got off the bed. Starbolt nodded, "Y-yeah, night Carrick."

 

Carrick walked out, "Night, Starbolt." Carrick went outside the room and closed it. He stood out there for a few seconds, he wasn't fully in regret like he thought he would he was just....happy. Carrick shook it off, and return back to his poker face. He didn't want to tell the others about it or show it. Least not yet. Carrick walked down and sat down on the couch next to Trixie, who had been asleep for quite a while.

 

He didn't remember what he was suppose to do, all he remember was the kiss...

"Ice Star's lair." Blaze said. "Or at least I think it was his lair, he coltnapped me in broad daylight with a teleport spell. He wanted me to join his team, something about changing the events of the world and creating an alternate history. A world he would create. He is crazy." Blaze answered. Blaze descended down to the Cabin and entered the cabin. " Carrick? Are you there" Blaze yelled.

Quickly cringed as Blaze yelled next to him, "A little bit of warning for the Nighthunter, if you'd please. You're louder than Medusa was, and she was freaking loud when I wouldn't look at her face," he says, not even realizing that he just said he'd spoken with Medusa.

"Hm?" Carrick got up from the couch and saw Blaze. Blaze looked just like Starbolt. Tired and out of magic. She did say that he was there with him, Carrick remembered. "It's good to see you alive, Blaze." Carrick commented.

Ice Star? So Starbolt and Blaze both got ponynapped from him, damn... Carrick sat down in front of him as took out his notepad and pencil. " But, of course I'd like to get some answer. That's why we're all here for." Carrick said as he licked the pencil and started writing down the condition of both Blaze and Starbolt. He looked back at Blaze, "From the conversation I've had with Starbolt. She said something about him trying to create another universe. Maybe you can be a bit more specific on what she meant. "

Quick entered the room, and immediately unfocused. He saw himself, a younger version, in a bunch of black gear. He realized he could recognize and name all of them, including a dragon amulet. He was standing in front of an ancient stone slab. Everything was coming back; his quest for the artifact, his fights and scrapes as a Nighthunter. The realization that the Name had changed to Nighthunter. Touching the slab, and being overwhelmed. In the back of hid mind, he heard a voice; Finally, you've unlocked me, hunter. Now, remember. "Gah!" Quick screams, clutching his head. He then passes out, and behind his cutiemark, a faint crossbow background can be seen.

"Yes, what he was talking about was preposterous, he told me that he had the ability to rewrite the events of what has happened in the past however he sees fit. He said that it would create an alternate world where events had transpired differently. I called him insane. One pony cannot simply turn back the hourglass so to speak. He is crazy if you ask me." Blaze said.

"Megalomaniac in other words. He wants to obtain powers of gods. However, even if that's possible or not. Our obligation is still on those the holders of the elements of harmony" Carrick stated.

 

"Can you describe the room you were inside?" Carrick asked.

"Well I could not see much, it was dark, and on top of that my head was throbbing it was probably the worst migraine I had ever had in my life. I woke up on a cool surface, it felt like concrete, there was a runic circle that prevented magic use and contained all who stepped in it. I was already in it, but when Starbolt teleported she stepped in it also. There was a small staircase and at the top of the staircase was a blue piano playing pony who I believe to be Ice Star, he never told me who he was. But the runic circle he used was SS class, and the way he talked, it just seemed like it was Ice Star. He said something about you, it was something like 'Murphy was right, your dont see the big picture in things' he acted like he had spoken with you before." Blaze said.

Carrick shook his head, "I don't-" Carrick eyes widen, he realized something. "I think he was in my dreams...before." Carrick said softly. "You describe exactly where I was before in that dream as well. The room, the piano, the blue pony. However, I don't remember ever having a conversation with the pony about you before." Carrick poked his chin.

 

"Either there somepony hearing are conversation or there another Murphy. Which I don't think that's possible." Carrick assumed.

Blaze's facial expression changed from calm to afraid and worried, in a matter of seconds. A dream huh? Your dream came true Carrick, what's to stop mine from coming true? Blaze slapped himself mentally his face turning calm again. It was just a fictional dream my subconscious made up, stop being so dramatic.

"Do you happen to have any more questions for me?" Blaze asked.

Quick woke up on the floor, holding his head. "Ow," he says to himself, "Te tablet, maybe not the best idea I ever had. I think, maybe, I should meditate on this..." (Ooc; is it okay if I have the tablet drop a saddlebag of his things on him?)

We have two magically weakened ponies, a slightly crazy vampire, a strong detective, a performer pegasi, a magic-dead unicorn, a sensitive, strong demon hafling, and a broken enemy. We also have very little supplies, and little is known about our destination, our enemy, or the location of the 6. Odds are stacked against us... (Ooc What Brony said.) Carrick wrote it down, "Well, we still don't have a motive for him to take the ponies. However, from the talks with Snow. He does have them. At least Twilight and Rarity." Carrick said.

 

Carrick adjusted his fedora "Looking for Twilight should be our priority, still. I dunno if she's still here, but maybe there is a clue where we can still find her." Carrick concluded.

"While I dont have very much on the MP side, my wings are still operable, and I had enough rest on that bolder in the forest. So I am good on the stamina side." Blaze said. Although he was a bit mentally drained from the events that transpired he still had physical stamina, 4 good hooves and 2 working wings. So he felt fine. "Which reminds me, quick told me something about Daeva going berserk, is she alright?"

While he was sitting there thinking, a bag of things apeared and levitat over his head. After a few seconds, it dropped. "OWWW!" says Quick, collapsing under the weight. Out of the bag falls a dragon amulet, just like the one from when he was a foal. "What the heck?"

"She's fine, just a bit tired. She went full demon mode, because I said something that I should said in better context. Granted, I should have been a bit...careful on what I said, but I still agree on my beliefs." Carrick stated to Blaze.
