The gates have been opened, flooded with anger. He turned to Thunder, "That's smart, make a derogatory comment and leave. Makes a big difference."

What a rather offensive thing Thunder said just now, storming off just like that she thought to herself.

Daeva completely ignored what Carrick was saying and told the others "I'll be heading over to Fillydephia if anypony needs me." she said before walking out of the door.

 

She launched herself high up into the skies and flew in the direction of the rendezvous point.

I was trying to defuse the situation between you and Daeva by saying that love is not something that can be measured. I will admit that we owe a great deal of the case evidence to you and your abilities of deduction and interrogation. But I have noticed somethings very recently that has pisses me off about you. You have this arrogant disposition, you believe emotions are a bad thing and that those who can keep theirs in check are better than those who cannot. You may act like you are calm and level headed, but underneath that false exterior, is a cold, judgemental, angry pony who is in pain. Hypno watched as ponies started to leave "Well, that wen't down the shitter" he thought as he looked at Blaze. He then turned to Carrick to try to see everyponies reaction. "Maybe, we should all just, take a chill pill and chillax?" Hypno suggested "There is no point in splitting up and trying to do it in two groups, it bucks our chances of winning a big fight, you ALL have been showing the most 'emotion' by letting it get the best of you and making you fight with eachother. So settle the BUCK down and think of the mission at hand, and not everypony else you may dislike..." Hypno said, obviously a bit off edge.

She was getting tired after a while of flying so she scooped down and sat on a thick branch of a huge tree, she carefully sat down on the tree branch.

 

She laid her back on the tree and slowly fell asleep.

Carrick gave a big sigh, words from Hypno had snapped him out of trigger. He wanted to fight him even more, but what would that accomplish? He saw what happened over at the cave. Carrick wouldn't of know what would of happened if he wasn't there.

 

Carrick lowered his head in shame. "To be honest, I wasn't trying to make you angry. I was trying to make a point. I guess things got out of hand. I'm sorry, Blaze. A lot of this has been my fault. I've been a stubborn mule, I said that comment and I still haven't apologize to it at all. Instead, I just went and try to fix it and never apologize for it. I still felt that I was right and even now I do, but still...it doesn't matter if that was the case because I still hurt somepony. I'm an arrogant hypocrite and It lead to all of this."

 

"If you want to leave, that's fine. I won't stop you. " Carrick said.

Hypno looked at Carrick "Good" He said. After that he looked at Blaze "If any of you were to leave, it would half out chances of surviving a fight against a higher enemy, especially Ice Star. Ponies could die just because you two don't like each other." He said

Blaze had some serious self-reevaluating to do. All he said was "I- I am sorry..." and then exited the Cabin. He quickly ran out of Cabin and flew off, he managed to find Daeva resting in a tree and landed on a branch right next to her. He sat down and started to think.

Carrick said nothing, he saw him leave. It was probably one of the few times he wasn't able to convince somepony to listen to him. Carrick looked down, he clenched his hooves hard. He wanted to break something, hurt somepony. Rage...just rage. He made a decision, "Everypony...go with Blaze. I'm taking care of this case myself."

"There's no way you are doing this on your own." She added adamant on her decision.

Fae hovered next to Starbolt also not going anywhere also.

Carrick looked at her, "Usefulness isn't the case here. Even without magic, you are useful." Carrick said. "I don't want the whole group breaking up, because of my screw up. A leader must know went to surrender his position. Of course, I'll just be going rogue instead." Carrick said, trying to lighten things up. Though in his head, failing miserably.

Carrick could tell that fighting with Starbolt would be hard. Her resolution was already made and it would probably take hours, if not days to change her mind. Time he doesn't have. "I don't think you really understand Hypno. He doesn't want to go with me. No matter where he goes, Daeva will be going with them. The split has already been made, his decision has been made. If he wants to break-up the group because of a quarrel with me. Then fine, but that doesn't mean the whole group should be in trouble." Carrick said, he was a bit tired of the conversation. He took a deep breath to calm himself down.

Hypno sighed, what he was saying obviously wasn't going to work "This is a horrid idea, and i don't agree with it at all." He muttered to him as he walked back over to snow and sat next to her.

Carrick shook his head, "It isn't a good idea, but what can I do? He obviously doesn't want to be in the group anymore when I'm around. Am I suppose to force him to be here? It's better that just one pony leaves instead the whole group. It just makes sense." Carrick said.
