Hypno sighed, knowing there was no way of getting out of this conversation now. And he just hoped that Snow wouldn't react as bad as he thought. "Blood sand is a special sand that is enchanted and infused with blood. It has magical empowering properties that can be used negatively if in the wrong hands. It can grow more powerful when the user sacrifices other ponies blood into it." he explained "It's energy is pure dark, just like black magic. It can twist the minds of normal ponies, just like Mr. Phoenixtear and his Black magic incident." He explained. "Sometimes, the user can transfuse some of the blood from the sand into their own, empowering their magic abilities to an extreme. But at the cost of their own sanity..."

 

"I don't have a brother, not anymore, The only connection Blood has with me is our eyes. Not even his blood is his own anymore." He explained with a rather sad tone

'Empowering magical powers to an extreme.' Starbolt liked the sound of that, but she didn't want to go insane. "Is there a way to use the sand without going insane?" She asked Hypno.

"I'm sorry about your brother." She said to Hypno not pressing the question further.

"No, not to my ability, the sand is pure evil, and that's why we were tasked to guard it." He explained "Please, do not even think about using it, my brother obviously did, and it didn't end well. Magical power must seem interesting to you, but it's not something you want to dabble with, trust me."

"Okay then." She said in a disappointed tone. She sat down on a nearby fallen tree.

"Fine, I wont think about using it. You have my word Hypno." She told him as she thought about how Snow was going to take this in.

Clocks slid over to Snow, and recapped the same thing he told Star to her so she would know what they were talking about.

 

Hypno sighed, "Alright, good..." He said as he glanced back at Snow, unsure if he should sit back next to her again after she would be told this.

"So, you're a really old vampire who has crazy powers. Wow, that's something." Snow said, a bit amazed. She never really knew a vampire, though she really knew anypony that was over a millennium old, except for the Celestia and Luna.

Quick heard Blazes order and took one look at Daeva. Goodluck you two, he thinks grinning. He flys off, and sees the group running to the forest. He smiles with satisfaction and follows them.

 

The others got to the forest first, and it took him awhile to find them. When he did he heard the words 'blood sand.' "WHAT?!?!" he practically screams while crashing into a tree. He gets stuck.

 

(OOC: I won't be on after one pm. I'm going to a friends house until 9, and he's going to drop me off at my stepdad's work, who doesn't get off until late.)

"Apparently Hypno has more of a back story than we thought, Quick." She told the confused pegasus.

"He also has a really powerful twin brother that is probably joining Ice Star." She added as she stood up, summoning a floating magical light and started pacing while the light spun in the air.

Daeva saw Blaze going off by himself. 'Where in the hoof is he going?' she wondered as she caught up with Blaze and flew right next to him.

 

"What's the plan?" she asked.

Hypno looked heavily relieved at Snow's reaction. He would of said something, but Quick's outburst stopped him. He noticed him get stuck into a tree, so he left him there. He looked to Starbolt and scratched his head while saying "Uh, sorry, for not saying this earlier, but it's usually something i don't disclose, obviously"

"Turn back now" Blaze said to Daeva. "This is going to be very dangerous and I don't want to see you get hurt." Blaze knew what he was saying sounded extremely hypocritical, if it was dangerous for Daeva it was going to be dangerous for Blaze also, but he didn't care, He would not be able to bare it if something happened to Daeva. His mind flashed back to his dream, which he was starting to believe more and more that it was actually some form of premonition. "Go find the others, exit the town." Blaze demanded.

Thunder had lost the carriage and went back to Blaze. "Any plan B?" He asked sheepishly. "I kind of lost the carriage," he continued with his head down. "But in my defense I missed the second half of flight camp."

Daeva couldn't just let Blaze go off alone, especially when his horn isn't fully healed he doesn't have the power to protect himself.

 

"I'm going with you no matter what you say, I can't live knowing that I just let you go off all by yourself.. I.. I can't lose you Blaze!" she said as she held onto his hoof.

Corpus sine pectore energy started to drifted out of him as the runic slowly glowed brighter. Slowly all the ponies inside the rune started to feel drained and tired, their life energy started to slowly drop out. Some ponies lost the will to even move out of the runic. They push themselves more mentally than physically as they tried to get of the grasp of the circle.

 

Liam, just stood there with his bottle of scotch. There was no words to be said from him, as he took his final swig of alcohol. I hope they can stop all of this....all of Equestria is in your hooves.

(Guess i'll bring in Blood to a Ice Star camp)

 

Back at the mountain, a rustling was heard by a bush near a small camp of Ice Star's troops. After a few seconds, a odd pony walked out. He was wearing a tie, and some gold necklaces, with a staff at his side. The staff looked entirely gold, but there was a pony skull spiked into the top part. The pony was obviously Blood Trance, and his cutie mark was also his distinct one. A hourglass with red sand in it.

 

Blood looked around the camp, and waited for one of the troops to ask who he was for blatantly trespassing into their camp.

A solider walked up to Blood. His intentions didn't seem bashful. He motion the other guard to come up to him to see Blood. He took a good look at the pony, "What are you doing here, traveler? This is no place for weak ponies." The guard said.

Blood turned his head to the guard. "Weak?" he asked simply, looking at the pony with his eyes that matched Hypno's except they seemed a different variation. "I have come to find your superior, Ice Star, i think his name was..." he explained with a grin.

Those eyes, I better inform Ice Star. The guard said, "We'll see traveler. For now, just stay here. I'll see what Ice Star says." The guard left inside the building. After a few minutes he popped back out, he looked the Blood. "Follow me, you'll see Ice Star." The guard said.

Blood followed the guard into the building, twirling his staff carelessly as he did so. He was rather surprised that they were going to let him in so easily. But he didn't seem to care, knowing he was going to probably get his way.

The travel to Ice Star's room was a long one. It took lots of turns as going pretty deep inside the building to finally see the wall. He tapped on the wall with a specific code as a runic popped up. It opened the wall as you could hear the soft sounds of music coming from inside. The darkness still residing.

 

Ice Star looked at him, "Well, it's a pleasure to finally meet you, Blood."

"I could say the same" Blood responded with, looking at Ice Star with a fanged grin. He then walked a bit further into the room and began "Do you know why i sought you out? Or need i explain my own predicament?" He asked Ice Star.

"There is no need for such explanation, Blood. I know what you want." Ice Star continued to play his piano. "There is a pony down in Fillydelphia. One that has the powers that even rival mine. If you do wish to seek the hourglass to be fixed, seek him." Ice Star had no clue if Blood would team up with him. He did not wish to have a mutiny in his hooves now that time is becoming precious. If anypony could see if Blood could stay with the group, it was him.

"Very well, if i must" Blood said as he nodded to Ice Star. From the outside he looked controlled, but on the inside, he was so discorded and disturbed that it could even be felt. "Is there anything you wish to ask of me before i take me leave of your absolutely, lovely camp?" He asked with a slight laugh.

"There is a small group that you'll probably meet in Fillydelphia, you'll know what to do" Ice Star said, as he felt a strong presence from him. "We'll meet again, Blood." Ice Star continued onwards back on his piano, as he focused his mind back on the music.

"Oh, i look forward to it" He said with a smile. Blood walked out of the room, and headed to exit the camp. Oh, but killing them quickly is just so... daft He thought in his mind with a snicker. And there wasn't anything he enjoyed more than sucking ponies dry and making them live to feel everything.
