"Okay, okay." She said sadly. She threw her punch and put what Quickly taught her to use. The punch hit Quickly in the chest. "How was that?" She asked knowing that it wasn't that strong.

(OOC Damn PC acting up.)

"Let's just cut to the chase maybe?" Midnight said

"We need help, from you all" Hypno said

"And whatta makes you think i'll help you two?" He asked with a smug grin.

"Because if you don't there is a large chance that Equestria will just disappear." Hypno said

"Da world will just go kaputz." Clocks added.

 

Midnight looked back and fourth between Clocks and Hypno. He gulped "Nother drink please..." He said

Someone grabbed a drink for Midnight. He then composed himself. "Alright, i guess that will be an exception to the 'not helping backstabbing buckers' rule..."

"Better than the first one," he says, wondering if he should've started her out with muscle training, "Starbolt, when was the last time you practiced physical activities besides walking around with our group."

"Physical activities? I haven't, I've been practicing to much on my magic I guess." She replied sadly. "I'm sorry....." Starbolt said apologetically.

[Octavia's Bow 2,035]

"It's alright, means we'll have to compensate," he says, digging threw his bag until he got a hoofcuff. "Do you know how to use this?" he asks her, expecting a no. Hmmm, how to get her in better shape and good tecnique?

 

(If she tryes to use the hoofcuff as part of a spell, I will laugh very very hard)

"This probably doesn't involve magic, because I have no clue what I'm supposed to do with this." She levitated the hoof-cuffs closer and examined them. "So, what is this for?" She asked Quickly.

(OOC Starbolt is smarter than that. )

(I was just saying, it'd be funny. I'm still tired, I woke up early)

 

"They are weapons. You slip them on your hooves, and punch things. Like this," he says, using his personal pair on the tree again. The tree cracked and he cringed, At least it's not singed, like last time. "Now you practice, on a different tree."

Starbolt put them on and approached a tree. She hit the tree with all her might. "Oww." She said hurting her hoof but leaving a small crack on the bark of the tree. "Uhh... How was that?" She asked Quickly.

"Ummmmm, we're going to do something other than combat now," he says. Did she say ow as she punched the tree? What would father do... Make her carry bags of grain around the cortyard. We're not going to do that. Dash would make her do sprints... that'll do. "Have you ever done a sprint?"

"Yes, I know what a sprint is." She replied rolling her eyes. "I'm not that fast though. Why do you ask? Are we going to sprint?" She asked Quickly.

(I ASKED IF SHE'D EVER DONE ONE! NOT IF SHE KNEW WHAT ONE WAS! *Rainbow Facehoof*)

 

He nods, "Across the cortyard and back. We're gunna try to make you stronger. All the teaching in the world won't help you if your hoof just bounces off." He gets ready to sprint, checking to see if Starbolt was ready, "Ready, set, go."

Starbolt ran as fast as she could, but by the time she was at the other side of the court Quickly was already done with it. She by the time she arrived Quickly was standing there waiting for her. "I'm not that fast." She replied panting rather tired from the run.

He shrugs, "Not the point. The point is that you're getting stronger by doing it, as long as you try your hardest. Again," he says. I am very, very glad Rainbow Dash isn't here. Teaching-wise, no sensitivity whatsoever. I should probably teach Starbolt form running, but there really isn't time. I need her stronger, not faster.

Starbolt ran again, it was rather tiring but she forced herself to run faster. She completed it slightly faster but she was exhausted from it.

"H-how was that." She asked Quickly as she caught her breath.

[Octavia's Bow 2,035]

He shook his head smiling, "Better, but now you're out of breath," he says, stiffling a chuckle, "Sorry, it's just, well, I'm used to these routines I guess. Anyways, try to go again. If you feel like your muscles are burning, that's a good thing," he adds.

Starbolt ran again, she was very tired and was tempted to use magic to cheat a little. 'No Starbolt you must do this fairly or you won't improve.' She thought to herself. She finished and looked at Quickly. "D-done." She told him. She looked around for somewhere to sit down.

[Octavia's Bow 2,035]

"You know you'r horn glows right?" he sighs, It's good she's not in training for hoofball. "Last go, you can do it. Come on, you got get stronger," Because I could probably litterally do this all day long. Oh man, unicorns are strong in magic, but lets face it, when it comes to exersise... "Think of how impressed Carrick will be when you can run faster than he can."

"Alright." Starbolt said as she ran her last lap. She felt really tired, but she pushed herself on. When she arrived back. She conjured an ethereal chair and sat on it. "I did it." She mumbled to Quickly as she took a rest.

[Octavia's Bow 2,035]

He nods, "Yes, yes you did," he tosses her a waterbottle, "That is your new best friend. Don't drink to fast, or you'll throw up. I'll give you an hours worth of break time, and then come back, okay?" he asks, studying her.

Starbolt drank some water, and took a rest on her conjured chair. She was tired and dizzy. "Quick what will we do after the break?" She asked him so she could prepare herself for the next activity.

(Brb 10 min.)

"Hmm? Oh your not done, you've only done four. This is just a break, because at the moment you can only do four at a time," he says, standing a little ways away, "When I get done with MY sprints, it's your turn." Quickly started his sprints.

Starbolt watched Quickly do his sprints. She was able to fully appreciate his speed and endurance. 'I wish Carrick were here.' She thought to herself.

(OOC heading to bed. Night everypony.)

An hour later, Quickly stopped, and stood, a little winded. He walked over next to Starbolt, and sat. I'll give her another 30 minutes, she's got the 'I'm thinking about Carrick,' look again. I wonder, does Wings ever think about me? I mean, I think about him daily, but if he doesn't think about me, is thinking about him worth it? I... am a confused pony.

"Yeah sorry, I am a bit flustered at the moment. I am trying to learn all I can about the enemy but as of right now all I can ascertain for sure is that he is a mage. I can't even track his lineage. I have no idea who he is related to, even I am in that book, but he is not. I think sleep may help but... I just can't bring myself to willingly close my eyes when a friend is in danger." Blaze looked flustered beyond all reason, his mane was messed up and frizzed from holding his head up with his hoof. "Most magical powers are genetic, you are either born with magic talent or you aren't, and you have a higher chance of being born with it when your blood line has famous magi in it." Blaze said " But I can not find anything to suggest that he has a magical ancestor of any kind... GRRR"

Corpus blinked, this pony was pretty immature. He didn't bother to disagree with Ice Star. Yeah, well. I think we have some business to do before we get your object to be repair. We're going to be disassemble everypony from that damn group. Eight days is all we have left now, everything must be ready by then. Right now we start from the ground up. I think it's time to start it now...
