Ok 3 things about this.

1. I understand the mane is probably wrong

2. The cutie mark should be placed better.

3. The horn is sloppy.

Most of it is good. But I do have some problems.

Around the head, lines start getting bad. Her eyes seem messed up, and in my opinion the don't really look that good. Some of the lines of the hair appear to be drawn over, and that makes everything else look sloppy. And as you said, that horn is pretty bad. The lines around her hooves look very bad over the black "shadow", I assume, and to be honest, if that is supposed to be shading, it is not very good.

Though if you keep practicing, it will get better!

it all looks good but its just that horn it just looks rely off cos its the same colour as the hair
