What is the funniest boss or enemy you have ever faced?

Mine would have to be Psycho Mantis from Metal Gear Solid.

Wheatley. Wheatley was/is the best comic relief boss ever.

He was hilarious, stupid, had an amazing voice, and the world's greatest moron! You can't get much better than that.

I've played quite a few video games with bosses, but I have to agree that Wheatley is the funniest boss. Even though he was a complete moron, i'd spend hours just fighting him just to listen to everything he has to say and his reactions to everything that happens. No other boss beats Wheatley in that aspect.

Zagi from Tales of Vesperia. I found it how no matter how many times I killed him, he just came back later in the game. It was kind of pathetic.

His weird voice makes it increasingly hard to stay serious, and his moves only seem to get weirder as he takes more damage...

A boss that parodies JRPGs, with tons of monster variations and text variations? Heck yeah! It's a very fun boss and is a common fan favorite.

Second place goes to a majority of the Kid Icarus Uprising bosses though, that game had great writing!

Ozma in FFIX, it's just so funny how they get you to underestimate one of those super-boss fights when it looks like nothing more than a ball of floating colors.
