EDIT: Does anyone here even like the shows on the Hub besides My little Pony?

Eh, Pound Puppies is ok, it's got a similar vibe to MLP and a surprising amount of celebrities on it, and some people seem to like Aquabats and Dan Vs. The classic cartoons and sitcoms they play are always fun too. ;)

Anybody remember this show?

ChalkZone, baby! Which network did the show broadcast on, anyway?

I've never seen Adventure Time.

Yeah I do! I'm a bit fuzzy on it, but I remember it being pretty good.

Well, I had a 3 paragraph long analysis but Google Chrome crashed so here's a few sentences.

Nick sucks nowadays, all the good shows are gone. The only redeeming factor is Avatar. The rest is complete shit and I cannot fathom how my brothers actually enjoy that crap on a daily basis. Cartoon Network got stupid once that wave of shows like Chowder, Flapjack, etc rolled in and even worse when they stopped showing cartoons and made reality tv shows. It's "cartoon" network for a reason, right? Now the only good shows are Regular Show and Adventure Time. Disney has always sucked, the only good shows being Phineas and Ferb, and The Suite Life of Zach and Cody (which they milked and ruined with The Suite Life on Deck).

Cartoon Network, baby. Damn I liked that show. What was the kid's name? Stan or something?

yo, who gives a shit about nickelodean? Its for children. i dont know what nick is like today, because I havent watched it in years, because im too old for that shit. Also, im not some guy that treats nostalgia like a drug. I hate nostalgia. Why would anyone WANT to feel it? it makes no sense to me. i was born in '95, so I dont know shit about pete and pete, or all that, or whatever. I grew upi with spongebob and avatar and sonic X and power rangers. They were fine, but I wouldnt want to see them now, becuase Ive grown.

You must feel all high and mighty about yourself, don't you? "It's for kids, so it's stupid hur dur dur." says the guy who watches MY LITTLE PONY and participates in the community. Way to g, man. Way to go.

Again, sorry. I know this is about Nickelodeon but I got so much nostalgia

What I miss about old Nick is all the fun kid game shows they had. When there was that Nick GAS (Games and Sports) channel they showed all the game shows.

Legends of the Hidden Temple (my absolute favorite)

Wild & Crazy Kids

Guts

Global Guts

Family Double Dare

Nick Arcade! can't believe I forgot that one, lol Genesis and SNES being the major systems at that time

What Would You Do? (not really a game show but the Wall O' Stuff was cool along with the pie machine and pie coaster)

Finders Keepers (before my time)

Think Fast (before my time and Mike O'Malley's debut)

Uh, what about Avatar? Does no one love that show. It's a sad day when a quality show is overlooked be my brethren.

Yes you cant over look shows like that. But overall cartoon network has become trash, and nickelodeon is just shoveling crap at us.

For CN, what ever happened to toonami? and also I would just like to say That Ed Edd 'n Eddy will always be my favorite from CN

You like pound puppies? I have given it a fair chance and watched at least six or seven different episodes but i can honestly say that I don't like it... same as every other show on the hub besides mlp

Disney Channel used to have good shows that did spin off of a movie, The Empire's new groove is one of them, I did enjoy Kim possible.

Cartoon Network has toonami again to what I am hearing, I do enjoy seeing adventure time. Fosters and other cartoons where part of my childhood and teen years.

Nick. was only interesting for Avatar,

There many more I would watch without a doubt.

I have no opinion on the current Nick, as the last cable/satelite provider I had (DISH Network) was horrible and our box eventually broke, so we decided to cancel it.

Old Nick however..... awesome, I guess :D.

I think it's ok, maybe their second best original show. I don't like it nearly as nuch as I love FiM, but I find it bearable to watch from time to time.

My all time favorite show is Avatar: The Last Airbender, still is to this day, when I was growing up Nick was pretty good, we had spongebob and the fairly odd parents and Avatar, I used to watch those shows all the time. But now it just seems like they want to be disney channel with all these stupid shows with singing and laugh tracks after everything, it just went downhill.

Oh and another great show:

The only show I find worth watching on Nick is Avatar: Legend of Korra. Mainly because I watched the original series when I was younger. Otherwise, I don't really watch Nick. As for Spongebob, it is definitely not the worst show on that channel. Sure, it's not as good as it used to be. It's not terrible though.

I still remember the golden age of Nickelodeon, Cartoon Network, and even Fox Kids (I'm surprised nobody has mentioned it). Nowadays, all those 3 stations went downhill, especially Nickelodeon and Disney XD (Ex- Fox Kids). The only one that has retained my interest this far is CN with shows like Adventure Time and Regular Show. I also used to watch the Fairy Godparents and Spongebob but their quality has much decayed since then.

These comments almost grind my gears...

Because obviously nothing is the same as it was when we were kids. We were an entirely different generation. Thus kid shows now are going to appeal to them because that gen of kids is horrible and they need new horrible shows to follow... WITH THE EXCEPTION OF A FEW SHOWS.

So.... We should stop complaining about how good TV was in the 90's. Things change. And shows now weren't created for YOU. They're directed to the horrid generation before us

Cartoon Network have Regular Show and Adventure Time as their saving grace. Legend Of Korra is the only decent piece of programming Nick has to offer nowadays, and was Disney Channel ever good?

I've lost a lot of respect for the big three of children's programming these last few years, due to Michele Obama appearing on EVERY SINGLE KIDS CHANNEL, just to fight obesity, sadly 99% of kids I don't even think listen to it. Right now, Nickelodeon and Disney Channel are the ringleaders of this uselessness.
