gaming Do you play Gears of War?

I love Gears of War and was just wondering how many Bronies out there also love/like it and if so are you for the humans or locust?

I used to play this game with my friends and family. It was fun for the time we had it, but after play after play, it just got real dull sadly. It felt like the entire game was nothing but hide behind conveniently placed wall/rock formation and shoot at enemy. I really loved the chainsaw action though and the driving was a neat thing put in. I dunno, just wished the game offered more for what it had. I prefer RE5 for their fun multiplayer game take on along with a more colorful world; you have to admit GOW was practically based on using only two colors, they being brown and red.

 

I do hear they are making a prologue type of game though, my brother is looking forward to that. I myself am looking forward to October 2nd for RE6.

I do like gears of war, but i agree with Hazardus, it's very repetitive. The story is good though.

And i prefer the humans.

I love me some Gears of War.

 

Gears of War: Nostalgic Masterpeice (This game was the centerpiece of me and my friends getting together and becoming the close friends we are today)

Gears of War 2: Not bad but somehting about just didn't capture the charm of the first.

Gears of War 3: Loved it especially the MP, which was just completely stellar. So much new was added yet so much of what made the original was intact.

 

Can't wait to play the new one whenever it comes out.

Though i'm a little bummed it's a prequel. Would like to see at least a epilouge for the end of gears 3
