SarevolThePony 13 August 11, 2012 Share August 11, 2012 the Comic Con Derpy, I still haven't gotten it yet, I bought it off eBay for $114, And I found the TRU Nightmare Moon on eBay and some one bid up to $300 for it, And I mean really? Why buy it for a price like that when you can go to Toys R Us and get it for 30 bucks plus more ponies. And I've seen sevral plushies being bid up to millions of dollars, I don't remember but someone bid up on a plushie for a million some odd dollars, It's ridiculous. pactor 29 August 13, 2012 Share August 13, 2012 geez people will pay a obscene amount for these plushies. Actually now that I think about it it would probably take less time to learn how to make a plushie than get the money for one its insane. Trixil 18 August 13, 2012 Share August 13, 2012 I don't usually buy alot of pony merch but that's outrageous! It's good that on Epony, you can bid. Whoever sells these kind of things probably just want a ridiculous amount of money. I would definitely not buy this. SIGNATURE
Crutch 898 September 2, 2012 Share September 2, 2012 Well, I wish I had the money to buy this right now, but I don't I think that it is one of the best looking Rainbow Dash Plushies that I have ever seen! Right now the bid is currently at $390 on eBay. Bunny_San 103 September 7, 2012 Share September 7, 2012 My entire MLP Collection is probably worth about 5000+$. But we're talking vintage as well as modern ponies and g4 merch. I've spent a lot on my hobby. Some of it I'd like to get rid of (and since I'm moving I probably will...) BUT I'm happy and Loves my collection and it displays SO nice...
Devious Detonation 442 September 7, 2012 Share September 7, 2012 I spent thirteen thousand dollars in a skin for my cello, that had ponies drawed on it. That is just a shame, of mine. Pegasistersincethe80s 126 September 8, 2012 Share September 8, 2012 I got my deposit for my cell service (I had to give em 500$ when I went off and got my own plan) minus this months bills in the mail the other day, I deposited in the bank and bid on a boat load of unreleased ponies on Ebay... I also got the rest of the missing Wave 2 Ponys (Wave 2 was only released in Europe). I have 2 Tea Loves because the first one I bought did not have her card (I only paid 4$ and that was with shipping). I also don't use bill money for these things, it's bills and necessities first, ponies later.
RockinRarity 1,605 September 8, 2012 Share September 8, 2012 I already posted this in my status, but it pissed me off enough that I want to share it. So, someone posts the SDCC Rainbow Dash Foil trading card on ebay for 1 penny. Someone finally bid on it at 6:30pm Eastern time. 7 hours later, it jumped to $480.00. Seriously, people? Why would you do that to another brony who may really want the card, throwing away competition so cheaply like that? And why, WHY would you literally throw you money away to some dude who picked up the card at Comic Con for FREE who you're now paying 500 bucks because you don't know how to spend your money? Is a trading card, a PIECE of PAPER, really worth hundreds of dollars? I mean, I really want that card, but I wouldn't pay more than 30 bucks for it. And that's still being pretty hefty, in my mind. 2 Follow my blog! ~The Mind of Sally - Experiences, Opinions, Musings~

Flicker 141 September 9, 2012 Share September 9, 2012 Well, sadly I don't have that kind of money to throw around, so I will have to make my own plushie. I found a pattern by a DeviantArt called Voodoo-Tiki for free and it looked really easy. Normally I hate sewing since it seems so girly, but this seems worth it completely. The best part is I'll probably only spend about twenty-thiry bucks, but probably less. Spiku 1 September 9, 2012 Share September 9, 2012 Well, I only know a handful who have spent lots on ponies, but one of them is http://vickibrownies.deviantart.com/art/My-Little-Deathwing-Custom-MLP-207133171 and she tends to custom up the things she finds! I've spent about £30 on ponies, which has netted me the blind bag mane 6, metalic Rarity and Pinkie, sparkly Rarity, and two random others, and a Canterlot Wedding Rarity, which I picked up with the Rainbow Dash #F37 foil card... but hey if you do know people willing to spend silly amounts on pony thingies send them my way so I can offload that ;3 Auction: Rainbow Dash Foil Card: F37 Series 1 promoTo raise money to supporting my friend

In the future the rare card's and the derpy ponies will be selling for a lot of money because people will want to collect them Picture's from lauren faust go for $2000+ Ive seen them hit 4k sometimes ect. but there also one of a kind pieces that will probably be worth more in the future anyways 1 Have ANY questions about Christianity? FoxyCryptid 4,330 September 9, 2012 Share September 9, 2012 In the year I've been a brony I've spent under $40 on pony stuff, and I though I was wasting a little: "Ponies with Pets": Dash AJ Rarity Pinkie Blind Bags: three random Special Pinkie Special Dark Purple Twilight Special Dash Calender Mcdonalds Pinkie and Rarity Coloring book. For that fluttershy doormat those were probably just troll bids. They happen more often then you think. Someone bids outrageous amounts and then dont pay for the goods. It's happened to a couple of plushies I've seen causing some people to think they are getting a couple thousand for their work then it was a troll. Some people do it on purpose to try to get the goods for cheaper later using their real ebay accounts. Since the plush won't go into another compilation post and people think it already sold there won't be as many bidders so it sells for cheaper than it probably would have the first time around. The most expensive real bid that I can recall of the top of my head is the first life size rainbow dash plush that sold for about 5000. That's just sad. It's not even that well made to begin with. On the other hand that makes me want to learn how to use a sewing machine. "You know, I don't know who or what you are Methos, and I know you don't want to hear this, but you did teach me something. Coconut Breeze 14 October 2, 2012 Share October 2, 2012 The most I ever spent on one item was $70. I spent that on the Sandiego Comic Con Derpy Hooves figure.
