I would yell at Twilight just because I don't know that Cadence trying to possess me even though I thought the spell was trying to renew my powers, plus she privately humiliated me when she was calling my wife to be "EVAIL!", thus she got a fair punishment by not allowing her to go to MY wedding.

 

And what being one of Twi's friends? or Celestia? Even you must admit, most of us would feel slightly skeptical, don't you think? The problem is that, Lesson Zero was over something well...silly. Not exactly for Twilight, but it kind of was. This however is WAY more serious.

Well, whether your are being sarcastic or joking or actually been real, one of the things to note is, we DON'T know how Shining nor Celestia nor Twilight's friends felt after each of their sermons. We really don't know. For all we know, they were uber sad they had to say that. I am begging to believe that if the writers had had more time to prolong the story (AKA, more screen time), they could have easily put some of the ponies's reactions I mentioned. We don't know how Shining would have felt when he saw Twilight again because he was brainwashed. Celestia is not exactly someone who can afford, you know, let something like this go, even if it is coming from the pony she trusts the most, again, only behind her family. Of course she will lecture her and be firm. She's still Twilight's teacher in a sense. And given how much she cares for Twilight, even she knows that not always you can be kind to make your student learn a lesson. And as for her friends, well, they DID listen to Twilight as she was spilling her guts out that night. They would probably thought "I think she's a LITTLE paranoid...eh, it's probably jealousy" or something along those lines. When they saw Twilight come out the door like a madmare, and getting trumped on her evidence by Shining Armor, not to mention, again being on the giddy side for being in a royal wedding, plus their previous thoughts when Twilight spilled her guts before...yeah, you would think they'd be severely reluctant to actually say anything that was more or less nice to her, as a line of thought would probably be "Oh Twilight...you need to calm down and think things up girl..." or something like that, I don't know.
