Site Banner disappears and bar goes to the top?

Honestly, this is annoying as crap, and I can't: Check my notifications, make a status update, search, or anything that's at the top. AND IT HAPPENS ALL THE TIME.

Does this happen to anyone else?

I would've searched before I made this, but I couldn't because the search function disappeared.

This happens to me for like 2 seconds and then the rest of the page loads.

Is your browser up to date? Does this happen in other browsers? Is your internet being weight down by other usage? Do you have any plugins? If yes, disable them and try again. Clear your cache. Lastly, are you really using Windows 98/2000?

I usually just reload the page and it's fine, sometimes I just don't understand, but usually a reload will give it back. I like how your using Windows 98/2000.

Because Windows XP with Classic theme dosen't exist. Anyway, I found that if I just open MLPforums in another window then drag the tab to the window I was originally using it will work properly.

Well excuse me for asking? If your having problems if your browser it wouldn't surprise me that you have an outdated operating system as well.

I am currently experiencing this problem at the moment, I have no idea why it is happening, it was working yesterday and I haven't changed my browser settings at all.

If anyone is bothered by this and it won't go away, i suggest switching to IP Board theme for the time being, until Feld0 gets back to fix the CSS for that particular part of the forums.

Yeah it started about 5 minutes ago for me.

No bar and all that. Odd it was working fine earlier.

Hope we could get an admin or mod reply.

How do we access the theme changer when the Settings are covered up?...

NEVER MIND THAT, I worked it out. Bottom of the page, in case anyone is a bird brain like me.

Anyway, glad it wasn't just me! I'm using Chrome.

It's at the bottom of your screen

I'm using chrome and it's happening to me

it's an issue with the site not the browser

Go to the bottom of the page and click on "change theme" and select "IP board"

this might be a dumb question, but... how the heck do you change your theme to the standard IPS Theme?

edit: also, flushing you DNS cache seems to circumvent the problem... somewhat. it works sometimes and sometimes don't.
