You guys have NO IDEA how hard it is to draw a dragon hugging someone with his wings .

Anyway this is my 4th try and the first one I somewhat liked.

Eager for C&C.

Rarity's eyes should be slightly more curved to give it a more feminine look to it. It's a good image though besides that, prefer this spike over the show's bigger spike image. I wonder if he will ever grow wings.....

 

BTW, nice touch with the platform with the gems inside it.

There is a very famous fanfiction called "Spike's Sexual Revolution". An actual plot with Luna and Spike attempting to save Ponyville using Spike's loins. One out of two shipfics I have ever seen of Spike x Luna.

The specific site is FIMfiction.net. The site is very well-run, and I am sure you'll be addicted rather quickly. I found "Spike's Sexual Revolution" on fanfic.net, but fimfiction.net has many good ones as well.

Thanks for the advice. My guess is that dragon eventually grow wings, since we have yet to see a wingless grown specimen and none of the dragons in Dragonquest seemed to think that Spike not having any was very odd

It's actually well-written. The pacing is also executed well. The sex scenes are not too heavy in the chapter. They make up for about 1/8 of a chapter maybe? Maybe less? Haha.

I'd almost agree with you there, but the episode where Spike gets greedy, he is a full grown adult at that point; that sadly shows that greed may have a prominent place to adulthood in Dragons, at least the quick solution as sorts from a dragon that was not originally tainted by such things as Spike is. In his adult form, he has no wings as far as I can recall.

Interesting website that is, has other fics though apart from MLP (which I find strange). Aside from the topic here, might I recommend you find a nice avatar for yourself? A shocked sqishy faced Pinky Pie would do nicely; are you perchance the same person from the FiMfic site of the story "Why Would You Do That?" Either way, that would be an awesome avatar for ya.

But on a more serious note, maybe the wings come, once the initial burst of greed has past and the growing dragon has regained his senses (Spike seemed incapable of speech at the height of his rampage). Or I might just be overthinking that little cartoon of ours...again.

Over thinking things is how much of fandom is based off of, such as our own here. Looking at every scene with a Dragon in it, they were always shown to be implied as very greedy (in the case of gems here), self centered and more often than not quite hateful.

 

That's not to say Spike is. He got a small douse of greed and saw what came of him once Rarity helped him out. More than likely he'll stay away from much greed and other things that could tamper his ways as a result of the incident. He might turn out in a different way of the dragon. Ever seen a dragon drawn in the likeness of what you did up there? I haven't in the show. I actually thought he would be the rare few that turn out like that; it'll be much slower than regular dragons and full of steep climbs to get there, but I don't doubt he'll be better off this way.

 

 

...well, that's how I see things anyways, without going really descriptive into it.

Ever seen a dragon drawn in the likeness of what you did up there?

 

The idea is, that he grew motivated by love and compassion, hence he's a lot easier on the eye than his greed form.
