Well, it also contains a Notifications icon and, well, it just seems a little out of sync with the rest of the page. Like, something only Lyra would like. That needs to change. The icon becomes virtually invisible when one clicks it in the bar - looking at the original human-themed one, it looks like the colours should invert instead of a paler version of the icon being used in that state. Your "bubble" also isn't quite the same size and shape as the original, which results in a slightly misaligned look. Finally, I'm curious what resampling method you used to get the pony that small. It doesn't look blade-sharp like the original icon and has some hazy edges. If you're using Photoshop, the "Bilinear", "Bicubic", and "Bicubic Sharper" methods usually yield the best results for tiny images like that. (Oh and it might be me but the sampling doesn't make any difference.
